Dining Room Do-over

Well, here I go into the world of remodeling!  First stop - dining room.  It is in desperate need of being painted, new flooring, table, chairs, etc, etc.  Well you know how it goes.  Paint the walls a pretty new color and suddently the carpet looks terrible.  So out came the carpet and down go new hardwood floors.  Not just any hardwood floors, but the cheap stuff!  Utility grade, unfinished red and white oak mixed.  Lots of knots, worm holes and saw burn marks.  I know you are thinking what the heck is she thinking?  Trust me, if you like rustic you will love the floors. Here is what they looked like before the varnish.  Did I say how much I love all the imperfections?  Even that black mark in the middle. Next up dining room table.....
